So if you decide to buy a cheap laptop for this season, here are some options for you.
Acer Aspire One A150
Acer has launched recently the new 10.1-inch Aspire One A150 at a price of 20,999 rupees. After The 8.9-inch Aspire One, Acer calls the netbook segment with a supply of the LCD WXGA 10.1 1024 x 600 pixels and Acer CrystalBrite Technology.
It features the 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270, Intel 945GSE offering Intel GMA950 graphics. Also, it comes with 1GB of DDR2 memory, which may extend to 2 GB of DDR2 memory, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Acer Crystal Eye webcam and USB ports. The device has a trackpad multi-touch and a six-cell Li-ion battery that promises up to five hours of battery life.
For a change, Acer included Windows XP with Service Pack 3 pre-loaded in AOD150 compared with Linpus Linux Lite operating system is available in previous models.
Samsung NC20
The Samsung NC20 is a netbook which uses The VIA Nano U2250 (1.3GHz, 800 MHz) and includes 1 GB of memory standard. The 12.1 "screen size is larger than normal in this kind of ultra PC Portable.
The LED display is a bright backlit display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. An external monitor can be used by the standard VGA connector.
Other features include a full keyboard which is covered with anti-bacterial Nano Silver ions in standard tuning key 18.5mm braces, memory slot 2 GB of RAM and standard hard drive internal 160 GB SATA, Ethernet, 802.11 b / g / n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3 USB 2.0, SD card slot, stereo speakers, headphone / Microphone. It carries a price of $ 549.
Lenovo IdeaPad S10
The IdeaPad S10 is a line of finished consumer netbooks offer a variety of colors as Pearl White, black, red, blue and pink. They have a 10.2 "active matrix TFT 1024×600 with 80 or 160 GB hard drive and 512 MB or 1 GB of DDR2 RAM, which are easy to update through an access panel on the end user of the netbook.
Estimated at 20,990 rupees, the netbook packs 1.6-GHz Intel Atom N270 and runs on Windows XP Home Edition. Support 802.11 b / g wireless network and are delivered, with two USB ports, an ExpressCard slot, 4-in-1 Media Reader, weighs 1.25 kilograms, with a VGA output, a webcam 1.3 megapixels and a microphone.
HP Mini 1109TU
This is a small netbook 10.1-inch widescreen LED-backlit display, 2USB ports, headphone jack and microphone combo. That weighs 1.09 kg with a price of 21,490 plus taxes is an ideal choice for consumers.
HP Mini 1109TU running Windows XP Home and powered Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950, 1GB memory and 80GB of storage. Wi-Fi also has Bluetooth, Norton AV, card reader and internal memory.
Sony Vaio P
P Sony Vaio comes with either a 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z520 or 1.6GHz Atom processor Z530, and 2 GB of DDR2 533 MHz FSB. It has an 8 "LED backlit display with 1600×768 native resolution and weighs only 1.4-1.7 lbs. It comes preinstalled with Windows Vista Home Premium or Windows Vista Business, depending on model.
The Sony Vaio P is available in four color options, Black, Red, Green and White. Other features include an integrated webcam, GPS integrated Bluetooth, 802.11 b / g / n wireless high of mobile broadband card and a Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 500 video, but no optical drive. Depends on the model, storage is a 60 GB hard disk or 64 GB or 128 GB solid state disk. At a price of $ 900, the user can not be called a netbook.
